Camp Horseshoe offers summer camp jobs and leadership opportunities for college students, teachers, coaches, and young professionals interested in mentoring boys ages 8–18 in a traditional overnight summer camp environment in Wisconsin. Staff members work in athletics, waterfront, outdoor adventure, cabin leadership, arts, support services, and administration while developing leadership, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, teaching, and youth development skills through meaningful camp experiences.
2026 Season Dates
- Pre-camp Orientation: June 6th – June 15th
- Full Session:June 15th – August 6th
- First Session: June 15th – July 10th
- Second Session: July 12th – August 6th
- Visiting Weekend: July 10th – July 12th
*Note: Staff applicants must be available from June 6th – August 6th, 2026
