What To Bring To Camp

We receive many telephone calls from our new staff asking about the proper clothing for camp. Although we expect you to be neat and clean, casual attire is a rule. Mornings and evenings may be cool, while daytime temperatures are usually in the 70’s and 80’s. You may use the camper’s laundry service which is done weekly, with a one to two-day turnover. We will provide you with a staff shirt during pre-camp. The following list is basic clothing list.

1 Pillow**
3 Heavy Blankets**
2 Sets of Sheets** (Twin)
2 Pillowcases**
4 Large Towels
4 Hand Towels
1 Mattress Pad*
*required of all campers & staff
1 Pair Hiking Boots/Rain Boots
2 Pairs Gym/Tennis Shoes
1 Pair Beach Shoes/Sandals
2 Laundry Bags
1 Heavy Jacket
1 Rain Poncho
10 Pair Socks
10 Pair Underwear
12 Short Sleeved T-Shirts
2 Bathing Suits
4 Pair Long Pants (Jeans)
8 Pair Shorts (gym shorts, tennis shorts, etc.)
2 Sweatshirts
Sleepwear

**Linens will be provided for all International staff


Toiletries
Toothbrush, Toothpaste, Comb, Brush, etc.


Essential Items

Flashlight, Watch, Sun Block, Bug Spray


Optional Items

Sunglasses, Cleats, Tennis Racquet, Camera, Ball Glove, Fishing Gear

We will give you a Staff Shirt during pre-camp; you may purchase others. A Staff Shirt is required for Visiting Day and Picture Day, but no other uniform will be necessary. RAIN GEAR is absolutely essential.
